At PATTERN Beauty, we want you to love your curls, coils, and tight textures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.
Package Your Products
Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
